Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia Post): 1–3 business days
Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of A$11 for Standard shipping or A$15 for Express shipping, regardless of order value. Delivery estimates are additional to the 1–3 business day processing time.
International Shipping We currently deliver within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this stage.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email.
Delays & Lost Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions. If your package appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
