Our Returns & Refund Policy

At Asian Gift, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
